Back in 2019, I knew one thing for sure: I wanted to build something that brought people together through food. I didn't quite know what that would look like, but with plenty of dreaming and brainstorming with my best friend, the idea for a meals-on-wheels service called CasseRolls was born.

As the dream grew, so did the business. A year later, CasseRolls evolved into A Chef's Touch, and after another season of growth and change, we became Passions Catering, offering meal prep and catering services to our community.

Like so many others, we faced challenges along the way. Between navigating a global pandemic, balancing school, work, and family life, there were moments when the journey wasn't easy. But through it all, one thing never changed: my passion for serving others through food.

And now, that passion has found its home.
